Men don't always express depression or anxiety through crying or sadness. Often, it looks like irritability, isolation, recklessness, or chronic fatigue. If you don't know what to look for, you might miss the signs entirely.

This workshop is designed to teach you how to identify when a friend, coworker, or family member is in distress, how to approach them safely, and how to connect them with professional help without overstepping boundaries.

Curriculum:

  • The behavioral signs of male depression.
  • How to ask the hard questions (e.g., "Are you thinking about suicide?").
  • Crisis de-escalation tactics.
  • Navigating the mental health referral system.
