We are actively looking for dedicated men and allies to fill the following roles.
Lead our weekly virtual or in-person support circles. Requires completion of our 6-week facilitator training program and a minimum 6-month commitment.
Partner with local high schools and community centers to mentor teenage boys. Requires a background check and monthly check-ins.
Help plan, set up, and manage logistics for our hikes, retreats, and seminars in the Alpharetta/Atlanta area.
Licensed therapists, counselors, or social workers willing to donate pro-bono hours to men utilizing our scholarship fund.
We work with businesses to improve employee mental health and with clinical practices to provide robust support networks.
No prior clinical experience is required. We provide a comprehensive 6-week training program that teaches active listening, crisis identification, and group management. We do not ask facilitators to act as therapists.
Yes! While our support circles and specific mentorship programs are male-only spaces to facilitate vulnerability, we absolutely welcome women as event coordinators, clinical partners, and administrative volunteers.
